I am a 31-year-old wife living with my husband in Sydney, Australia. Ever since I was young, I always wanted a career in something creative, which was why I studied classical music in university.
Before 2018, my life was a complete 180 degrees. Instead of spending hours on my laptop, I used to practice the piano each day trying to perfect my piano playing skills. In the beginning, I really loved my career as my passion in life is to help people.
However, deep down I have always wanted a business of my own. Specifically, I wanted to make money blogging. Before I went to university, my biggest dream is to make money in my sleep as a writer, blogger and entrepreneur. I put my dreams on the back burner and decided to pursue a career in music instead.
For 6 years, I tried to make it work as a music educator and performer. I struggled to make ends meet. However, looking back, my old career did teach me the importance of diversifying my income.
That is when my passion for side hustling began. I searched online for ways to make money, as well as online business ideas and stumbled upon Pinterest virtual assisting. And the rest is history..
Over the past decade, I have invested more than $5000 in good quality online courses, eBooks and resources. From how to make money blogging to how best to make passive income, I have learnt it all.
