#4 Your Pin Copy Does Not Arouse ANY Curiosity

 

What is copy? Half a year ago, I seriously would NOT HAVE ANY CLUE what copy is. In the online business world, your copy is what makes or breaks you!

When I first started out as a blogger, I had NO idea what colours or fonts I would use to brand my images. Luckily, I created a logo. But still, my Pinterest graphics or pin images had no cohesive branding at all!

Think about how McDonald's brands everything! From their McCafe to their Happy Meals, you know and expect the same product appearance every time you eat there.

The same goes with artists and entertainers. My friend was a die-hard fan of Norah Jones for a decade. A few years ago, he attended her concert. I asked him, how was the concert? Did you enjoy it? He said, No, I was really disappointed. She has changed her sound and genre completely.

So remember, everything you do to promote your blog speaks of your brand. If you're pinning inconsistent colours and fonts on Pinterest, your fans and readers might get confused. Chances are you'll lose a lot of potential followers and traffic to your website!

How to Fix It: Set a 30 minutes time block to send emails to group boards and join Tailwind tribes. Being a contributor of a good amount of group boards take time. Pack your patience and keep working hard.
